1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the C.O. Overseas website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Furthermore, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Recruitment Services
C.O. Overseas (License No: RL-12345) acts as an intermediary connecting job seekers with overseas employers. We:
- Do not guarantee employment by simply registering on our platform.
- Ensure all recruitment processes follow the guidelines set by the Government of Bangladesh.
- Reserve the right to verify the authenticity of all documents provided by candidates.
- May reject applications that contain false information or forged documents.
3. User Responsibilities
As a candidate, you agree to provide completely accurate and truthful information regarding your identity, qualifications, and work experience. You are entirely responsible for the authenticity of the medical certificates, passports, and skill certificates you submit to our agency.
4. Service Fees
C.O. Overseas operates strictly within the authorized fee structure approved by the relevant governmental labor authorities. Candidates will be explicitly informed of any applicable processing fees prior to the commencement of visa applications. We do not accept hidden fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we stringently vet overseas employers, C.O. Overseas shall not be held liable for any disputes, contract breaches, or unfavorable conditions that may arise directly between the candidate and the foreign employer post-deployment, beyond what is covered by standard diplomatic and labor frameworks.
